Straight talk while we’re in beta: OULY City is early, exact splits and prices are still taking shape, and we’ll be open with partners about all of it as we go. We do not promise that anything gets built in public space – that isn’t ours to decide, it’s the town hall’s. We promise the city has the budget to keep dreaming, and that it’s visible who pays for it.
