1. Contact us
For anything at all – a bug, a question, a complaint, a legal request – write to info@ouly.city. Please tell us what you were doing and what happened; it saves us a round of questions.
We answer without undue delay, in practice within 24 hours.
2. Report a vision that breaks the rules
If you come across content that breaks our rules – including a vision that targets your property or you – report it straight from the app:
- Open the vision on the city map.
- Tap “Report” under the description.
- Pick a reason. If none of them fits, choose “Something else” and describe it.
- You’ll get a confirmation. We review every report and remove content that breaks the rules.
Don’t have the app? Or is it about your own property? Report it through the content report form – no account needed. Or write to info@ouly.city with enough detail to identify the content.
3. Hide someone
You can hide any author yourself. Their visions disappear from your map and feed immediately, they are not told, and nothing happens to their account:
- Open the vision on the city map.
- Tap “Hide author” under the description.
- To bring them back: Profile → Hidden people → Unhide.
4. Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app – Profile → Account → Delete account – or here on the web from your profile. Details of what is removed and what stays are on the account deletion page.
5. Questions people ask
Why does the app want my location?
To find which city you’re in and to place your vision on the right street. Foreground only – never in the background. If you decline, you can still browse the map.
Why can’t I pick a photo from my gallery?
Every “before” is taken on the spot, so a vision always shows a real place as it is right now. That’s the whole point of the map – otherwise anyone could feed it any picture.
Who makes the images?
OpenAI generates them from the photo you just took. They are ideas, not building plans – nobody has approved or budgeted anything, and you should never present one as a real plan.
Is my vision public?
Yes. Published visions appear on the public city map with the place, so neighbours can back them. We never show your name publicly – only city admins and OULY City administrators see it, and not even they if you publish anonymously. You can delete a vision at any time.
When are you coming to my city?
We open city by city, one partner at a time. Poprad is live. Write to us with your city and we’ll tell you when it’s next.
Does it cost anything?
No. The app is free with no purchases of any kind. A city partner covers the running costs.
