When the content check isn’t sure, the vision waits off the map until we look at it. It’s a delay, not a punishment.

The city marks it handled. That’s the last state – there is nothing after it.

It isn’t a swarm of agents. One model runs the conversation and another one draws – and you watch both of them work.
The one that asks
It listens to what you’re missing here, and it sees the photo you take – it reacts to what is actually in it. Then it writes the draft itself: the category, the name of the vision and its description.
The one that draws
From your photo and what the two of you agreed on, it draws the place in the style you picked. It’s not a project or a construction plan – it’s a proposal for how it could look.
The vision is yours, but you don’t write the text from scratch: the model drafts the name and the description in the first person, in your words. You see them on the card before anything is sent, you’re the one who confirms – and if they don’t fit, you say so and the model rewrites them.
Real places need real visions.
Fake visions, abuse and spam break the Terms. The consequence is simple: the account behind them gets banned.
Repeat violations go one level deeper – we fingerprint the devices of banned accounts, so opening a fresh account on the same phone won’t work.
That’s the whole rulebook. Contribute honestly and you’ll never notice it exists.
